Who the course is for
Graduates with at least 5 years' experience or a degree in Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain management who have an innovative profile and enthusiasm for dealing with people.
What to expect
You will develop knowledge of strategic management of Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain applied with an innovative and transformative approach to add value to business.
What you will achieve
Ability to apply scientific methodology to solve problems, broad business vision to generate value in a globally competitive environment and behavioral attitudes to act as an agent of positive change.
Frequency and timetables
In person every two weeks on Fridays from 5pm to 10.30pm and Saturdays from 8am to 5pm.

Program structure
The MPGC allows students to build a personalized academic path without losing the identity of a professional master's degree. The program has a total workload of 450 hours (30 credits) and combines common subjects, subjects from the chosen line of research and the development of an Applied Work.
Training path
The Professional Master's Degree in Management for Competitiveness - People Management presents an innovative training path. The program was developed by professors with cutting-edge knowledge in the field, partner companies and executives from the Center for Studies in People Organizations (NEOP), and with the collaboration of FGV's Center for the Development of Teaching and Learning (CEDEA) to bring the latest methodologies in educational program design and teaching.
The result is a program that is unique in its conception and design, where the subjects are experienced in 3 Uses that are further broken up by the Center's seminar and meeting activities.
About the master's degree
Frequência e horários
As aulas do mestrado profissional FGV são presenciais quinzenais às sextas-feiras (17h às 22h30) e sábados (8h às 17h) e também quinzenais semanais no formato SNOC (Small Network Online Course) das 20h às 21h30.
Devido aos feriados, é possível que o calendário não respeite o intervalo de 15 dias entre as aulas.
As datas de reposição para as faltas dos professores estão sempre previstas no Calendário de Aulas, o que também pode acarretar em aulas semanais.
O curso é ministrado no campus da FGV EAESP, situado na Av. Nove de Julho, 2029, Bela Vista – São Paulo

Flexible format
Several options of elective and compulsory courses in the SNOC (Small Network Online Course) model. There are eight weekends per semester with face-to-face meetings and two weekends with meetings in the SNOC model (online).
Alumni mentoring
MPGC alumni continue to contribute to the Program by mentoring an incoming student in the first semester of the course.
Options for complementary subjects
Possibility of substituting up to 8 credits for various subjects offered at the School, as well as being able to take additional credits at no extra cost until the defense of the Applied Work (TA).
