Career Meeting

Annual recruitment event that usually takes place in August. Students get to know the participating companies, the desired profile of candidates, career possibilities and the training and benefits on offer.

Companies wishing to take part go through a selection process, as places are limited.

Careers Week

It brings together former FGV students who work in various sectors to share their work experiences and show the wide range of opportunities that FGV students can explore.

The event usually takes place in the first semester, and each day of the week is dedicated to a segment of Management, such as Finance, Marketing/Commercial, Consulting, HR, Technology, Operations and Sustainability.

Recruiting Talks

They are held by FGV EAESP partner companies, which present their structure and open internship opportunities. They then begin a selection process by applying an assessment, which is considered the first stage of the selection process.

Institutional visits

These are held at FGV EAESP partner companies, which present their structure, bringing FGV EAESP students closer to their work routine. In some cases, they carry out training or dynamics with the visiting students.

Registered vacancies are submitted for analysis and approved only if they are in line with the profile of FGV EAESP students and alumni. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 or 3 working days.

Confidential ad: if the name of the hiring company cannot be disclosed, the "ad name" field must be filled in with a description of the company's segment, size or origin. Example: medium-sized national company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Expiry date of the ad: maximum 15 days. After this period, the vacancy is automatically deleted from the academic intranet.

Change of data or early withdrawal of the ad: send a request to centrodecarreiras@fgv.br.

Postcards (not obligatory): should be sent to the Careers Center at: Av. Nove de Julho 2029, 2º andar, Bela Vista, São Paulo (SP). CEP: 01313-902. Limit: 5 posters, maximum size A3.

How to formalize your internship at the FGV EAESP Careers Center

To formalize your internship, there is no need to attend the Careers Center in person. All services will be provided remotely. The documents completed and signed by the hiring organization and the student must be sent in PDF format via the request for Validation of Internship Hours in Student Online.

The deadline for analysis, signature and return of the documents is up to 5 working days and the Career Centre will sign digitally. If the hiring organization or integration agent uses another signature platform, simply forward the link to the email mensagenscarreiras@fgv.br.

Mandatory documentation

Meeting the requirements of the Internship Law No. 11.788/08, the Hiring Organization must send the following documentation to the FGV EAESP Careers Centre, according to the stage of development of the internship:

If the intern is hired through an Integration Agent, there is no need to send the Internship Grant Agreement.

Important points to note

Internship end date: the TCE can be a maximum of 2 years long, as long as it does not go beyond the end of the semester in which the course ends. For students graduating in the 1st semester of the year, the deadline is June 30. For students graduating in the 2nd semester, the maximum date is December 31st.

Internship hours: the internship hours must be compatible with the student's school activities and may not exceed 6 hours a day. If the hours are flexible, the TCE must include a description of the internship hours per day or the total hours the student will work each month. Contracts will not be signed for internship hours that coincide with the student's class schedule.

Class times according to course:

Business Administration Daytime

Full-time (1st to 5th semester): Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.; morning from 6th to 8th semester

Graduate in Business Administration Evening

Monday to Friday, from 7 p.m. to 10:40 p.m.

Graduate in Public Administration

Integral (1st to 6th semester): Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.; morning from the 7th to the 8th semester.
