Graduated in Business Administration with a degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas SP (1986), Master in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas SP (1992) and PhD in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas SP (2002). Marcelo Marinho Aidar has been a professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas SP since 2000. He has coordinated the Planning and Management Center - HCFMUSP (2003-2007) and was the technical superintendent of the National Quality Foundation - FNQ (2007-2009) and advisor to the Regional Presidency Council of Medicine - CREMESP (2010-2011). Aidar coordinated the Double Degree Program of the Undergraduate Course at FGV SP (2012-2015). He is currently a consultant in the areas of business strategy, quality and process redesign.
