The department also offers subjects and conducts research in specialized areas, such as international business management, intercultural management, management of small and medium enterprises, and career guidance.

The programs combine new curricula with practical applications and active learning of subjects, ensuring that students become skilled at applying theories and gain experiential knowledge of solving managerial problems.

The department is proud to contribute to FGV’s mission to push back the frontiers of knowledge in the social sciences and related areas, aiding Brazil’s socioeconomic development, to improve national ethical standards, achieve responsible and shared governance, and raise the country’s profile on the international stage.
