Adriano Massuda

Medical Doctor graduated by the Federal University of Paraná (2003) with residences in Preventive and Social Medicine (2005) and in Health Administration (2006) by the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the State University of Campinas. Master's degree (2010) and a Ph.D. (2014) in Health Policy and Planning by the Department of Collective Health of the State University of Campinas. Worked as a physician at the Vila Ipê Health Unit in Campinas (2007-2008), advisor to the superintendent of the Hospital de Clínicas da Unicamp (2008-2009), Head of Staff of the Ministry of Sports, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Health (2011-2012), Municipal Secretary of Health of Curitiba (2013 - 2015), National Secretary of Science, Technology and Strategic Inputs of the Ministry of Health (2015), Professional Training Coordinator of the Brazilian Company of Hospital Services (2016). Currently, is a researcher at the Department of Global Health and Population at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (since 2016), external consultant of the Pan American Health Organization (since 2016), and an associate professor at the Federal University of Paraná (since 2008; currently licensed). Experience in research areas of Policies, Planning and Management in Health and Innovation in Health Systems.
