Ana Carolina Pires de Aguiar
Bio
Ana Carolina Aguiar has a master's and doctorate degree in Organizational Studies from EAESP-FGV, with specializations in Management from the Harvard Extension School and Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a certified Coach by the International Coaching Institute (ICI). She has worked as a marketing, communication and corporate education executive for large companies such as Natura, Unilever and Bunge Alimentos. Today she is a professor at FGV in the areas of Organizations and Sustainability. Her research focuses are Dialogue, Dialogical Organizational Development, Education, Culture and Leadership for Responsible Management. She has collaborated with FGV's Center for Sustainability Studies between 2016 and 2020, when she supported the launch and coordination of the Sustainability Line of the Professional Master's Degree in Management for Competitiveness. In addition to her teaching practice, she works as a consultant with private and non-governmental companies. She has created the “Sustentabilistas” network as a space for the development of sustainability professionals in skills such as dialogue, complex thinking, relationships with stakeholders and responsible management: www.sustentabilistas.com.br
