Amon Narciso de Barros

Professor at FGV EAESP in graduation and Master and Doctorate courses in Business Administration. He was elected as division chair track of Critical Management Studies (CMS), Academy of Management (2018-2023). He was a Visiting Fellow at the University of Birmingham (2016) and a Doctor (2013) and master (2009) in administration from CEPEAD/UFMG, having spent six months at Lancaster University Management School. He is currently researching the construction of administrative knowledge, the history of the Administration, the activities of companies in the civil society, human rights and administration, and critical management approaches more generally. He also acts as editor-in-chief for the Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management (QROM), Revista de Administração de Empresas (RAE) e Administração Pública e Gestão Social (APGS) magazines. He was a General Secretary of the Brazilian Society of Organizational Studies (2014-2016) and leader of the theme 'History, memory and organizations' at EnAnpad (01/2015 - 01/2018).
