Adriana Miguel Ventura

Has a doctorate in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas SP (2004). She is currently a professor of undergraduate and graduate courses at FGV EAESP, where she is a researcher in the area of Cultural Entrepreneurship and Creative Industries. Has extensive experience in administration, human resources and work relations with an emphasis on communication, negotiation and entrepreneurship. Conducted training and workshops in various companies, including: Itaú, Bayer, Kraft Foods, OAS, Elektro, Seara Cargill, Telefonica, Pirelli, Volkswagen, Votorantim among others. Entrepreneur and creator of several businesses in various segments, Adriana Miguel Ventura develops an innovative line of cosmetics and personal hygiene. She is the founder of Espaço 10x21 Arte em Movimento, a multicultural space for cultural and artistic productions (theater-orchestra-dance-opera-musical), where she produces various events in the artistic and cultural area (shows, saraus, lectures, music workshops, theater and dance). Adriana Ventura obtained the Advanced Executant Examination certificate from the Royal Academy of Dancing, London, in 1991 (Highly Commended) and participated in several dance groups. Currently, she develops and promotes courses that aim to bridge the worlds of business and art, such as courses in Communication and Dramatization, Negotiation and Tango, among others, which blends academics, business and the arts.
