Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis on Healthcare Management, obtained at the Department of Production and Systems Engineering at the Federal Center for Technological Education (CEFET/RJ). Holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering focused on Healthcare Operations Management, obtained at the Department of Industrial Engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
Visiting Professor on the MBA in Diagnostic Medicine Management at FIA/USP, professor of the Professional Master’s Program in Public Health at the Institute of Social Medicine (UERJ), and professor of Healthcare Management in postgraduate programs at PUC-RS. Background in teaching Production Engineering subjects such as Production Planning and Control, Logistics, Process Improvement, and Strategic Management. Proficient in active learning methodologies, problem-based learning, educational games, and simulations applied to management education.
Founder and CEO of HubSIT – Health, Innovation & Technology, an ecosystem offering training programs, mentoring, and consulting services for healthcare professionals and businesses. Her research focuses on value-based healthcare, process engineering, and the use of serious games to train physician-entrepreneurs.
Worked as a researcher and consultant on applied projects in collaboration with public and private healthcare institutions, addressing operational efficiency, performance evaluation, system sustainability, healthcare networks, and value-based management. Also worked as a project manager at Rede D’Or, leading continuous improvement initiatives, process modeling, and the redesign of clinical and support workflows.
