Profissionais com no mínimo 5 anos de experiência em áreas relacionadas à Sustentabilidade ou formação em gestão que ocupam ou almejam ocupar posição de liderança e se interessam em uma abordagem inovadora do processo formativo.

Você irá se desenvolver a partir de conteúdos, atividades e projetos elaborados pela equipe do Centro de Estudo em Sustentabilidade (FGVCes) da FGV EAESP e disciplinas com conteúdo inovador e constantemente atualizadas.

Capacidade de compreender dilemas da Sustentabilidade e conectar os conceitos da área à gestão estratégica dos negócios, aplicar ferramentas de gestão nos processos de tomada de decisão e atuar como agente de mudança rumo ao desenvolvimento sustentável.
Program structure
The MPGC allows students to build a personalized academic path without losing the identity of a professional master's degree. The program has a total workload of 450 hours (30 credits) and combines common subjects, subjects from the chosen line of research and the development of an Applied Work.
Training path
The Line's mission is to create the conditions for leaders to emerge who are aware of and engaged with themselves, with others and with the whole - leaders with sensitivity, practical intelligence and a solid theoretical foundation in sustainability - capable of acting strategically in complex systems, respecting planetary limits, tackling social inequalities and reinventing organizations and economies centred on people and good living.

Frequência e horários
As aulas do mestrado profissional FGV são presenciais quinzenais às sextas-feiras (14h às 19h30) e sábados (8h às 17h) e também quinzenais semanais no formato SNOC (Small Network Online Course) das 20h às 21h30.
Devido aos feriados, é possível que o calendário não respeite o intervalo de 15 dias entre as aulas.
As datas de reposição para as faltas dos professores estão sempre previstas no Calendário de Aulas, o que também pode acarretar em aulas semanais.
O curso é ministrado no campus da FGV EAESP, situado na Av. Nove de Julho, 2029, Bela Vista – São Paulo

Formato Flexível
Diversas opções de disciplinas eletivas e obrigatórias no modelo SNOC (Small Network Online Course). São oito fins de semana por semestre com encontros presenciais e dois fins de semana com encontros no modelo SNOC (online).
Mentoring dos ex-alunos
O ex-aluno do MPGC continua contribuindo com o Programa mentorando um aluno ingressante no primeiro semestre do curso.
Opções de matérias complementares
Possibilidade de substituir até 8 créditos por diversas matérias ofertadas na Escola além de poder cursar créditos adicionais sem custos adicionais até a defesa do Trabalho Aplicado (TA).

The teaching staff is made up of academics, market professionals and support staff with extensive experience in their fields, which are related to the Master's eight lines of research.
Exchange
Students have the opportunity to study for a semester at one of FGV EAESP's 54 partner schools around the world, enriching their learning and giving them the chance to experience the subject in an international environment.

Studentscan collaborate in activities developed at the Study Center specialized in their chosen line of research, where they can also develop their final course work.

Flexible format
Several options of elective and compulsory courses in the SNOC (Small Network Online Course) model. There are eight weekends per semester with face-to-face meetings and two weekends with meetings in the SNOC model (online).
Alumni mentoring
MPGC alumni continue to contribute to the Program by mentoring an incoming student in the first semester of the course.
Options for complementary subjects
Possibility of substituting up to 8 credits for various subjects offered at the School, as well as being able to take additional credits at no extra cost until the defense of the Applied Work (TA).
The master's degree has made a big difference in my day-to-day work, in the way I develop products within the company. I work in an urban and environmental policy consultancy, and the MPGPP brought me a lot of knowledge; a wide range of knowledge so that I could apply this knowledge in practice.
