Gabriela Alem

Master's student in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Studies at FGV EAESP. She specializes in Pedagogy of Cooperation, Collaborative Methodologies, and Nature Philosophies, and holds a degree in Environmental Management from USP. She has worked in sustainability education at the São Paulo Secretary of Green and Environment and at the Sustainability Directorate of Banco Real. During her time at ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability and at the Sustainable Production and Consumption Program of FGVces, she co-authored the books "Sustainable Procurement: The Power of Public and Corporate Consumption for a Green and Inclusive Economy" (2012) and "Sustainable Procurement & Major Events: Life Cycle Assessment as a Tool for Consumption Decisions" (2015). She has expanded her training in participatory processes, group facilitation, experiential learning, and teaching-learning processes for sustainability. She has been collaborating with FGVces since 2013 and is currently the coordinator of the Education for Sustainability Program.
