Maísa Cristina Dante Fagundes

She graduated in Law from the Law College in Franca (2002) and obtained her doctorate in Public Administration and Government from the School of Business Administration of São Paulo, at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (2018) and master of State Law in the Democratic State of Law in Franca (2005). Since her graduation, she has been involved with teaching activities in Law, whether through monitoring, internship-teaching required by the master's scholarship holders through CNPq or classes taught in preparation for contests. She practiced law between 2004 and 2008, when she joined the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo, in the position of legal assistant in the area of Public Law (since 2015, before the Special Body). Since the beginning of 2013, she has been a lecturer in the Department of Social and Legal Foundations of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (EAESP), having taught in the following disciplines: Private Law in the Company, Constitutional Law, Planned Activities I (graduation); Constitutional and Administrative Law (Professional Master in Management and Public Policy); Ethics and Legal Aspects (Specialization Course in Hospital Administration).
