Isabela Fernanda Gomes Oliveira
Biografia
PhD, master's degree and a bachelor's degree in Geography from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. She has experience in coordinating socio-environmental teams and research, carbon projects, safeguards, cultural and archaeological heritage, cultural references and traditional populations, with an interface between Cultural Geography and Spatial Analysis. She recently held the position of identification and research manager at the Instituto Estadual do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico de Minas Gerais (Minas Gerais State Institute of Historical and Artistic Heritage) and later worked as a Sustainability Consultant in the development of Carbon Projects, being responsible for the scope of communities in the Amazon, with a focus on the 2030 Agenda and guaranteeing Human Rights. She has been working on the socio-environmental agenda for over 10 years. She is currently project manager for the Adapta Program, working on issues related to Adaptation to Climate Change, Resilience and Disaster Risk Management, developing projects in partnership with public authorities, private institutions and society at the FGV EAESP Center for Sustainability Studies (FGVces).
