Paulo Sodré Hollaender

PhD in Business Administration (2023) from the São Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP), approved with distinction by the evaluation board and winner of the FGV EAESP 2023 award for best doctoral thesis. Master in Industrial Engineering (2019) from the Faculty of Applied Sciences of UNICAMP (FCA UNICAMP). Graduated in Industrial Engineering (2005) from the Polytechnic School of USP (Poli USP). He also has specializations in Administration (FGV) and School Management (Senac). In addition, he has Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt certifications in the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology of continuous improvement and operational excellence. He is a professor in the Industrial Production and Operations Administration Department (POI) at FGV EAESP and in executive education courses at FGV. He also works as MBA professor at FIAP Centro Universitário and as undergraduate professor at the Mauá Institute of Technology (IMT). Author of articles published in high-impact national and international journals and conferences, according to the Qualis/CAPES ranking. He is a researcher focused on service operations management, especially the promotion of social well-being through transformative services. He has extensive experience in process and service management, having worked in Supply Chain Management at Caloi, in different areas of Itaú-Unibanco, at Accenture, and as a freelance consultant.
