Maria José Tonelli

Maria José Tonelli is a full professor in the Department of General Administration and Human Resources at FGV EAESP, an institution where she has worked as a professor and researcher since 1988. She holds a degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and a Master's degree and doctorate in Social Psychology from the Pontifical University Catholic University of São Paulo, where she also began her academic career in 1985. She coordinated PIBIC and the Master's and Doctorate Program in Business Administration at FGV EAESP. She was vice-president of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management (2011-2016), having organized the last conference of this association in 2013. She was vice-director of FGV EAESP between July 2007 and February 2015. She is the coordinator of NEOP - Center for Studies in Organizations and People. She has been the Scientific Editor of RAE - Journal of Business Administration and Executive GV, since January 2016. She is part of the research line in Organizational Studies of the Master's and Doctorate Degree in Business Administration at FGV EAESP and her research interests include gender issues in organizations, organizational behavior, people management. She is part of the Board of Directors of ANPAD - National Association of Post-graduation in Administration (2018-2019-2020 triennium), as director of Publications and Communication.
