Maria Fernanda Macedo Rios Cavalcanti

She holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP in Organizational Studies, with a scholarship granted by CNPq and a research internship at the University of Bradford, England. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and Bachelor degree in Business Administration. She has professional experience in the area of Organizational Development in a large company (2008-2010). She has worked as Research Professor (DE) at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, integrating the Institutional Research Group (registered with CNPq) Organizations, Management and Society. The results of her studies were presented in several national and international events of the area, and also published in prominent national journals. She has also served as a reviewer in top international scientific journals such as The Academy of Management Review and the International Journal of Human Resource Management (Qualis A1) and national journals (Qualis A2). She is a member of the Academy of Management, working mainly in the divisions Critical Management Studies, Theory of Organization and Management and Research Methods. She is Chair Track in scientific events such as ENANPAD (2019), EnEO (2019), SGBED Conference Brazil (2019), EnANGRAD (2018/2019). Her main research interests include ethics, critical epistemologies in Organization and Management Studies, research methods, research and evaluation of teaching-learning systems, philosophy and organizational analysis.
