Worked as a researcher in the Local Development Program (DL) at the Center for Sustainability Studies at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGVces). Master's degree in Public Policy from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) and Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo. He worked for four years as a junior researcher at the Center for Metropolitan Studies (CEM) and has experience in research on the implementation of public policies in subnational governments.
