Mechanical Production Engineer, graduated from the Polytechnic School - USP (1984), with a post-graduation in Finance - CEAG-FGV-SP (1994), a Master's degree (1998) and a Doctorate (2002) from FEA-USP. Currently, he is a Market & Liquidity Risk Manager at Banco de Investimentos S.A. (São Paulo) and a Professor at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP), Insper (former IBMEC-SP) and for MBA courses at the Business School - SP. He is experienced in the area of Financial Management, with emphasis on the capital market, risk management, derivatives and corporate finance areas.
