Carla Campana holds a doctorate degree in Education from Universidade de São Paulo, a Master’s in Educational Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a bachelor’s  in Psychology. She has training in group development at Sociedade Brasileira de Dinâmica de Grupos. She is a professor at the Marketing Department in the Intent Program - Integrated Education for Entrepreneurial Leadership - and courses in soft skills development. She is also a researcher at Center for Teaching and Learning development of FGV EAESP, where she studies innovative practices in teaching and learning specifically in Higher Education.
