Holds a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from FAS - Faculdade Sucesso. He is a Technician in Competency-Based Administration from the Technical Qualification Center (CQT) and serves as a facilitator for the Transdisciplinary Network of the Amazon (RETA). He is a member of the board of the Local Community Association of Igapó Açu, where he is involved in territorial development through institutional, governmental, and community partnerships. For the past ten years, he has been an education activist and has experience as a pedagogical coordinator and teacher at the RDS Igapó Açu school. Currently, he is part of the Local Development Program (DL) at the Center for Sustainability Studies (FGVces).
