Biografia
She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Santa Maria (1995), a master's degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1997), and a doctorate in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (2005). She is currently an Associate Professor at FGV EAESP, a researcher (CNPq Productivity Grant), and coordinator of the Information Technology Management area at the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Administration (ANPAD). She has experience in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Information Technology Management, emerging technology adoption processes, and IT-based innovation.
