Aníbal António Sá da Costa López

Assistant Professor at FGV EAESP, in the Social and Legal Foundations Department (FSJ). He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of Coimbra. Before joining FGV EAESP, he was an Assistant Professor at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management, University of Lisbon. His research lies in the area of psychology applied to organizational and entrepreneurial behavior. He examines how psychological and social processes shape individual action in work and entrepreneurial contexts, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, proactivity, and occupational health. His work has been published in international academic journals, including the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology: An International Review, Journal of Small Business Management, and Human Resource Development Quarterly.
