He holds a doctorate in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation - SP (2002). He is currently a professor at the Getulio Vargas Foundation - SP. He has researched topics such as emerging strategies and strategy as practice. He acts professionally as a manager and consultant in business strategy. Since 2014, he manages venture capital in the precision agriculture segment (Elio Tecnologia). In 2016, he became the representative for South America's Leadership Pipeline Institute (LPI), a global business development consultancy.
