Maurício Gerbaudo Morgado
Graduated in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (1988), Master in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (1998) and a doctor of Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation - SP (2003). He has experience in the area of Administration, with emphasis in Marketing, working mainly in the following subjects: retail, visual merchandising, internet, consumer behavior, CRM, direct marketing and market research. He worked as an executive in several companies, especially Susa S.A. and American Express. Since 1992, he has been working as a consultant and has done projects for companies such as Alcan, AMIS (Mineira Supermarkets Association), Biancogres, Casas Pernambucanas, Even, Riachuelo Stores, Nestlé, Pepsico, Sanofi, Sebrae, SENAC, Shoestock, Siemens, Sodexho, Sodexho Chile etc . He is a researcher at GVcev, the Center of Excellence in Retail at FGV EAESP, where he has organized about 40 events related to retail. He was also the author and organizer of the book "Retail - Business Administration" of Editora SENAC (1997), author of the dissertation entitled Internet as direct marketing media in Brazil (1998) and of the thesis named Consumer's online behavior: profile, attitudes and Internet use (2003).
