Marcelo de Andrade Pinheiro

Marcelo de Andrade Pinheiro is a clinical psychologist, professor of Psychology for undergraduation, graduation and international programs at Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo (FGV-EAESP). He holds a doctorate degree in Business Administration in the field of Organizational Studies from FGV-EAESP, a master’s degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and an undergraduation in Psychology from Universidade Paulista. He mentors undergraduate students´ in their course conclusion papers. He has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources area between Banco Francês Brasileiro and Dow Química, where he held management level positions in the areas of Training and Development and Workforce Planning. His main teaching, research and writing activities include topics related to mental health and its impact in the workplace, transactional analysis and psychoanalysis.
