Graduated in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV (1987), Post-graduated in Business Administration Extension from EAESP-FGV, Master in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV (1994) and Doctor of Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation - SP (1999). He is currently a professor at EAESP-FGV in the areas of business strategy, hospital marketing, marketing strategy and crisis management. He is an associate researcher at GV Saúde (EAESP-FGV health study group) and a professor at CEAHS/PROAHSA - Advanced Studies in Hospital and Health Administration at Hospital das Clínicas, Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo, USP School of Medicine and Business School of São Paulo, Getulio Vargas Foundation. He is acting in the business benefits market with a focus on risk matrix solutions and operational solutions as a consultant and  strategist in management and presidency positions, specializing in the corporate segment of large global companies for 26 years and in the following consultancies: Managing Partner President - LT Arraes (1993 - present), Managing Partner Torres Associados (1991-2014), Executive Director - Actis Private Equity Itsseg Project (2014 - 2017).
