Luciana Stocco Betiol

He holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1998). Specialist in Civil Procedure from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2002), Master in Environmental Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2005), Master in Civil Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2008) and Doctor in effective law (2013) from the Pontifical Catholic University in São Paulo. She is a professor of graduation at the School of Business Administration of FGV/SP in the private law course in the company (2014) and in the elective discipline in risk management and diffuse rights (2017). She is a professor invited to the post-graduation stricto sensu courses in the Management for Competitiveness in the supply chain management line with FGV/EAESP and post-graduation lato sensu with IDE - FGV Educational Development Institute, FIA, St. Paul and PUC- COGEAE in the themes of Sustainability and consumption and sustainable production. She is a researcher since 2005 at the Getulio Vargas Foundation - EAESP - São Paulo, on the topic of Sustainable Consumption and Production and a reviewer of national and international journals. She is a coordinator of the product nature dimension of the Corporate Sustainability Index - FGV and Bovespa-B3. She is an external consultant at WRI- Brazil on the climate change, forests and governance, environmental democracy and consumption theme. She is an IDEC (Institute of Consumer Protection) adviser and author of several books and academic and applied articles deriving from master's dissertation, doctorate thesis and works on the environment, consumption, production and sustainable purchase theme, available in Portuguese and English.
