Larissa Marques Sartori

She holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of São Paulo, IME-USP, with a Sandwich Doctorate from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, UK. A Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, IME-USP, and a teaching degree in Mathematics from the University of São Paulo State, UNESP, Brazil. She works in the areas of Mathematical Modelling and Numerical Analysis, with emphasis on modelling biological and chemical phenomena. She has worked in consulting and as undergraduate professor for several courses at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo, IFSP-SPO. Currently, she is a postdoc at IME-USP, collaborating with the research group on Mathematical Models Applied to Epidemiology.
