Juliana Bonomi Santos

Juliana Bonomi Santos

PhD in Management Science from the Lancaster University Management School (2013) and professor of the post-graduation program in administration, at the School of Business Administration of São Paulo (FGV-EAESP). As a master from the Getulio Vargas Foundation/SP (2008), she was approved with distinction by the appraisal bank. She was the winner of Emerald Awards/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research in 2013 in Operations Management Category, Kingsman for Best Thesis of the Department of Management Science (LUMS) and Belmiro Siqueira of the Federal Council of Administration for Best Master's Dissertation of Brazil in Management. She is the author of articles published in national and international periodicals and congresses of high impact, according to the Qualis/CAPES ranking. She is an operations management consultant and researcher at the Center of Excellence in Logistics and Supply Chains of the Getulio Vargas Foundation - SP. She also teaches in executive education courses at FGV. She has a teaching experience in the UK, where she has also taken several courses of improvement. She worked as a professional in Operations and Supply Chain Management at Unilever, Itaú-Unibanco and as a consultant. Her main area of research is the management of services, mainly services intensive in knowledge and industrial services, focusing on the interfaces of service delivery processes, inter and intra-organizational relationships and innovation.
