He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of São José dos Campos (1982) and a Master's degree in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) (1986) and a doctorate in Social Sciences from PUC-SP. He is currently an extra-career professor at the Getulio Vargas Foundation/SP. He was an Adjunt Director of FGV Projetos (01/2013 to 06/2017) and a member of the GRI Club Infra belonging to the Global Real Estate Institute/American European LLC (March 2016 to April 2017). He has been a Member of the Municipal Council for Science, Technology and Innovation of the Municipal Department of Development, Labor and Entrepreneurship of PMSP since 2011. He has experience in the Administration area, mainly working on the following topics: Supply Chain/Integrated Logistics/Production Chain, Business Process Analysis, Business Administration and Sales, Analysis of Market and Distribution Channels/Retail and Wholesale, Transport, Business development, Demand Management, Statistical Analysis, Econometrics, Tourism.
