PhD in Public Administration and Government from FGV EAESP. Master's degree in Law, in the field of Environmental Law, from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon. Professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas – SP. Coordinator of the Research Program on Environmental Policies and Economics at the Center for Sustainability Studies (FGVces) at FGV EAESP. A lawyer since 1999, his work focuses on public and corporate policies, economic instruments, science communication, rhetorical analysis, sustainability, climate change and water policies. He has coordinated studies and projects in partnership with institutions such as the World Bank, companies, NGOs, subnational governments, and agencies from both the federal government and international governments, aiming to support the development of policies and strategies for climate change mitigation and adaptation.
