Bio

Assistant Professor in Organization Studies at FGV EAESP and a joint-appointment Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral. He was formerly a Lecturer at the University of Dundee School of Business (UK). He holds a PhD in Management from City, University of London (Bayes Business School), a Master of Research in Education from the University of Dundee, an MSc in Strategy from Insper, and a BA in Economic Sciences from Universidade São Judas Tadeu. His research examines organizational imaginaries, temporality, online communities, and alternative forms of organizing from the Global South. He has published in outlets such as the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, and Harvard Business Review Brazil, among others. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and co-leads the Organisations and Ethno-development thematic track at ANPAD. He supervises doctoral and master's students in the UK and Brazil.
