CAPES top grade program
The MPA combines immersion in dynamic case studies, interactive presentations by the faculty, meetings with executives and leaders from the country, individual and group exercises.
The aim is to ensure that you understand what is expected of leaders in the 21st century. When you complete the program, you become part of a network of more than 800 alumni who occupy prominent positions.
This is a professional master’s program, meaning that we combine the ability to bring the most appropriate and up-to-date theoretical knowledge with a strong connection to the daily reality of our students — executives and decision-makers who are responsible for shaping the future of their organizations.

O Mestrado Profissional em Administração (MPA) tem uma carga horária total de 510 horas.
Frequência e horários
Encontros presenciais uma vez por mês, às quintas, sextas e sábados.
5ª-feira (híbrida) e 6ª-feira (presencial) das 13h às 20h
Sábados, das 8h às 16h (presencial) – uma vez ao mês
Além dos encontros presenciais, são programas duas aulas on-line por disciplina, no período noturno (19h às 22h) em dias da semana a serem definidos no calendário de aulas.

Ao final do curso, a pessoa formada recebe o título de Mestre em Administração de Empresas.
Refundable grants (Funding)
Offered by the FGV Scholarship Fund, which was set up in 1965 and was the pioneer in offering educational loans in Brazil. Professional master's/doctorate and specialization (MBA) students are eligible.
The scholarship fund and the full scholarship opened the door for me to be the first generation of my family to go to university.

Selection process
Submission of the required documents for verification of the eligibility criteria and analysis by the selection panel. This stage is eliminatory and a prerequisite for participation in the following stages.
Guided activity that introduces the fundamentals of the program and guides the preparation of the essay, based on real professional challenges.
Evaluation of the text produced by the candidate in terms of clarity, coherence and adherence to the lines of research and the objectives of the program.
The final stage in which the candidate explains their academic and professional profile to the panel, demonstrating their motivation and alignment with the program.
