Juliana Boteon de Siqueira
Biografia
Juliana is a PhD candidate at EAESP-FGV and holds a Master’s degree in Human Development and Psychology from UCLA, where she investigated teachers’ socio-emotional competencies and their impacts on student performance. With over 22 years of solid professional experience, Juliana has led multicultural teams in a wide range of marketing, innovation, and sustainability projects across several Latin American countries. Her career includes roles in different functional areas at companies such as Diageo, Unilever, Gruppo Campari, and PepsiCo. In addition, she has served as an undergraduate and MBA professor at Link School. Currently, in her doctoral studies, her research focuses on conscious consumption, sustainability, and the influence of spirituality on sustainable practices.
