Coffee with HR: challenges in managing competencies in the face of the new world scenario

The Admissions Office and the Career Center of Fundação Getulio Vargas School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) will hold an online debate on April 30th on recruitment in times of pandemic.

The goal of the activity is to address how the Human Resources areas are going to strategically manage the talents available in the market at a time of uncertainty, in which home office work has become of fundamental importance, in the face of the crisis caused by the New Coronavirus (Covid -19).

The lecture on the subject will be given by Ana Paula Arbache, partner at HR Tech Arbache Innovations, founder of Coletivo Hub Mulher Brasil / Portugal and professor at FGV EAESP.

The event takes place in a videoconference through the educational platform Webinar, which allows the explanation of content by the speaker and the participation of the audience who watches him via text messages exchanged in the chat.

The initiative is aimed at Human Resources professionals and is also open to the public that wishes to participate in the activity.
