Career in Focus

The Career in Focus Program, an initiative of the Alumni Professional Development Committee, seeks to promote the career development of members of the Alumni community.

The program includes individual coaching sessions to help with career planning, leadership development and improving interpersonal skills, among other competencies. The aim of this work is to provide support strategies throughout the professional trajectory.

We have a network of coaches made up of experienced alumni with expertise in training other FGVnians. These professionals offer coaching services at a 50% discount on the market price, exclusively via the Alumni platform, through the Grupo Carreira em Foco - a connection space dedicated to candidates for coaches and coachees.

FGV Educação Executiva's Coaching and Mentoring course is recommended for professionals who work in the area of people management and are looking to improve their knowledge of business environments and both personal and professional development. It is also for those who wish to share knowledge, exchange experiences and expand their networking, as well as for those who want a faster and more practical application.
