The aim of this subject is to encourage students to reflect on the role of organizations, their functioning and the influence of the environment in which they operate. The student is offered a theoretical framework that considers the organization and its external and internal environment. The different theoretical perspectives discuss the role of the people manager and its implications for competitiveness.
