Problems with deliveries cause customer dissatisfaction and financial losses for small and medium entrepreneurs
In 2020, e-commerce recorded a 70% growth in sales compared to the previous year, according to research by Ebit/Nielsen, done in partnership with Elo. The numbers are positive, but in the same proportion, complaints about delays or even non-delivery of products have also increased. This status, by the way, has become increasingly common, so much so that Procon-SP registered an increase of 285% between January and October last year in the problems of postage.
