Scholarships and scholarship funds

FGV EAESP's scholarship program allows students in difficult economic circumstances, but with high potential, to have access to an excellent education, which promotes diversity and enriches academic experiences.

Refundable scholarship

Offered by the FGV Scholarship Fund, which was set up in 1965 and was the pioneer in offering educational loans in Brazil. Professional master's/doctorate and specialization (MBA) students are eligible.

Refundable grants

The returnable/refundable scholarship is a benefit granted in the form of funding for tuition fees, upon analysis of an application submitted to the School's Scholarship Committee. The financial resources for the Refundable Scholarship come from the Getulio Vargas Foundation Scholarship Fund (Ordinance No. 17/2002). 

The criteria for awarding the scholarship are based on an analysis of: family income (the lower the income, the higher the percentage approved); assets and liquidity, assessed in conjunction with income; academic record; financial availability each semester; number of applications and percentages requested. 

Scholarships are renewed every six months according to certain criteria described in the detailed information contained in the Instructions for Applying for Scholarships. 

For graduate students, repayment will begin six months after the scheduled completion date of the program, regardless of whether or not the program is completed. 

The obligation to repay, as set out above, prevails even if the beneficiary drops out, withdraws or has the program terminated by jubilation, in accordance with the program regulations, in which case the period of 90 (ninety) days begins to run from any of these events.

All students approved in the selection process and duly enrolled in these programs are entitled to tuition waivers and can also receive financial aid offered by the CNPq.

Social Demand Grant (non-refundable)

A non-refundable grant designed to increase access for socially disadvantaged groups, which can cover up to 80% of the cost of the program.

Social Demand Grant (non-refundable)

This type of scholarship is designed to broaden access to executive graduate studies for minority groups in society, whether for economic, racial or gender reasons, promoting diversity and inclusion in the student body of professional master's degree programs. The scholarships cover up to 80% of the program fee and must be applied for exclusively by students who have passed the graduate program's selection process. 

The criteria for awarding the scholarship are based on socio-economic analysis and/or valuing diversity and inclusion in its multiple dimensions and intersections, considering race (black, brown or indigenous candidates); gender; sexuality (self-declared members of the LGBTQIAP+ community); people with disabilities.

FGV EAESP's Career Center offers the Gethigheredglobal Platform to further promote the professional careers of the institution's students.

The FGV EAESP Careers Center is pleased to announce the launch of an unprecedented resource to promote the professional careers of students enrolled in regular FGV EAESP programs and former students who graduated after 2017. The international platform - Gethigheredglobal - is now available, an exclusive feature for universities that are members of the EFMD European network. It allows access to internship, trainee and permanent vacancies both in Brazil and abroad, as well as the right to webinars (online classes) specific to the chosen career theme.

Once you have created your @fgv.edu.br e-mail address, access the Gethigheredglobal Platform via the following link: fgvsp.gethighered.global/.

If this is your first time accessing the platform, as shown in the print screen below, click on Sign up and complete the registration form by entering your @fgv.edu.br e-mail address.

Then set a password, confirm your password and click on the "Register" button. An automatic message will be sent to your @fgv.edu.br e-mail address to confirm your account.

To access your @fgv.edu.br e-mail box and confirm your account, use the microsoft.fgv.edu.br link.
