Digital Transformation in Tourism
A study of the Brazilian tourism sector, looking at the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in hotel management and its relationship with performance.
This study thus aims to help companies improve their strategies in emerging countries where competitiveness demands the modernization of their products and the optimization of their operating systems. To achieve this, detailed interviews will be carried out with hotel executives from various categories (economy, midscale, upscale and resorts) affiliated to hotel chains.
