The subject of Governance in Healthcare will first cover the concepts of Corporate Governance, in order to ensure that students have a solid and homogeneous understanding of the subject in its various aspects. The issue of Compliance and the implications for Governance in both the Public and Private Sectors will be addressed. As the subject of Governance has a vocation for tying together the various subjects seen throughout the course, based on a case study, we will discuss a series of issues that the students will encounter in their day-to-day professional life and which the Professional Master's Degree has certainly given them consistent support to resolve.
