A semester-long immersion course in leadership, including the application of an exclusive 360-degree assessment tool developed by EAESP's NEOP on leadership profiles, with the generation of individual reports for each student at the beginning and end of the course. Practical situations on the subject will be discussed, as well as coaching on individual leadership characteristics, lectures and group work.
