The learning objective of this course is to enable participants to acquire a complex view of the phenomenon of leadership, thus helping them to play the role of agents of organizational transformation. There will be an emphasis on issues related to serving on management boards.

The course will address the issue of leadership from various perspectives, such as: traits, competencies, situations, behaviors, relationships, specific leadership styles and more recent ones such as authentic leadership, ethical leadership, strategic leadership, leadership for diversity and e-leadership. In addition to the theoretical and empirical aspects, the practice of leadership for change through evidence-based management will be discussed.
