The aim of the course is to get students to understand the state, the state apparatus or public administration as historically embedded in capitalism and playing a fundamental role in the country's economic development.

At the beginning of each of the two daily lessons, the teacher will give a lecture on the subject, and then, in the first part of the lesson, the first compulsory reading text will be discussed, leaving the second for the second part. Each student should bring their notebook or tablet with the compulsory readings for the respective lesson duly annotated for class discussion. It will be interesting for them to plan questions for the teacher at the end of the first part of the lesson.
