The aim of this course is to present the basic foundations for preparing research projects in the field of public administration and government. It is an introductory course which presents an overview of scientific methodology, qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as research design and data analysis. In addition, topics such as replicability potential, ethical issues in studies involving human beings and anonymized (or not) databases, and scientific dissemination will be covered.
