Research line: Organizational Studies

This subject aims to provide students with a critical and in-depth understanding of the main contemporary debates that permeate the field of management and organizations. Through the analysis of exemplary academic articles using qualitative research, students will be exposed to issues such as the impacts of climate change, technological transformations, violence in organizations, and society's major challenges. In addition, the course aims to explore innovative approaches to occupations, professions and the search for meaningful work, generating theoretical knowledge relevant to understanding organizational dynamics in the current context.
