Line of Research: Management, Analysis and Information Technology

Present a current view of the evolution and trends in the administration and use of Information Technology (IT) in companies. Show and discuss the important factors in the administration, planning and implementation of IT resources, focusing on the management of the new culture, changes, trends and transformations brought about by the use of IT and Information Systems (IS) within the new role of the administrator of these resources. The course shows how it emerged, evolved, the state of the art and trends in Research in the area of Information Administration (ADI at Anpad) and the Research Line Administration, Analysis and Information Technology (AATI), a historical perspective that starts from the basic concepts and progresses to the state of the art, discussing research and cases, both classic and recent, that explore the main reference frameworks used in IT management.
