Immersion in practices and dynamics aimed at exercising creativity for innovation, rescuing this competence that is full in childhood and restricted in adulthood by the entire educational system, organizational cultures and consequent self-censorship. It will also address change and its management from the perspective of managers and employees, with the aim of fostering a culture of innovation.
