At a time of fierce competition, organizational culture has become a fundamental pillar for enabling companies to transform themselves in order to achieve their strategic objectives. This course broadens this discussion by providing a conceptual and methodological framework for the management of culture and its application in contemporary organizational phenomena such as mergers, acquisitions and divestments for inorganic growth, restructuring to leverage competitiveness and the management of flexible working models to cope with the challenges and learning imposed by the recent pandemic.
