This course will deal with the main financial concepts, instruments and indicators needed to understand the various situations faced by organizations, in order to identify the appropriate solutions in terms of people management, which requires a deep understanding of how people management can contribute to organizational results. Module I introduces the fundamental concepts of financial management, such as financial statements, indicators of organizational results and people. Module II goes into greater depth on working capital management and remuneration strategies, capital investments and results indicators.
